By accessing heybali at heybali.club, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you enter into a legally binding agreement with heybali and confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and close your account.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and heybali with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein. Where heybali also publishes a Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, or Game-Specific Rules, those documents are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the same binding agreement.

Use of the heybali platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. heybali operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players who are found to be under 18 will have their accounts closed immediately and any funds held pending a compliance review.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily for the purposes of personal entertainment and are not acting as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme or excluded from online gambling services by any jurisdiction you are physically present in at the time of play.
• You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of substances that impair your judgment at the time of placing any wager.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an heybali employee in a role that could give rise to a conflict of interest in relation to gambling operations.

heybali reserves the right to request age verification at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

To access the full range of games, betting markets, deposits, and withdrawals on heybali, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact email address. You must update this information promptly if any of it changes.

One Account Per Player: heybali operates a strict one-account policy. You may not create, operate, or benefit from more than one account. Duplicate accounts detected by our systems will be merged or closed at heybali's sole discretion. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited in their entirety. If you believe a duplicate account has been created fraudulently in your name, contact support immediately at [email protected].

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. heybali will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify heybali immediately and change your password without delay. heybali is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to protect your credentials.

KYC Verification: As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, heybali may require you to submit one or more of the following documents before processing withdrawals or lifting account restrictions:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of residential address in Bangladesh dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation from bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or your bank showing your name and account number)

All submitted documents are handled in accordance with heybali's Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes and are stored securely with 256-bit SSL encryption.

heybali supports a range of payment methods specifically selected to serve the Bangladesh market. All account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction within the cashier section of your account. Under normal operating conditions, deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your heybali wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours depending on your bank's processing time. heybali does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for fully verified accounts. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience delays while the required documentation is reviewed. heybali reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request it deems necessary to review for fraud or money-laundering compliance purposes.

Currency: All transactions on heybali are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). heybali does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to your account balance. There is no upper limit on withdrawals for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to a multi-day processing schedule and additional compliance checks.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. heybali may apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts once they reach this threshold. You will be notified by email before any such fee is applied, giving you the opportunity to log in and reactivate the account.

heybali offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is made, which supplement and take precedence over the general provisions in this section in any case of conflict.

Welcome Bonus: New players who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% first deposit match bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. The bonus and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement and eligible games are stated on the Promotions page at the time of the offer.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses may only be used for their stated purpose (e.g., slots play, cricket betting, live casino) as specified in the individual offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the offer. Uncompleted requirements result in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
• heybali reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that bonuses already accepted and in active use are honoured under the terms current at the time of acceptance.
• Bonus funds will be used before real-money funds for wagering purposes unless the cashier indicates otherwise.
• Players may only hold one active deposit bonus at a time unless an offer explicitly permits stacking.

Seasonal Promotions: heybali runs special promotions during significant periods in the Bangladeshi calendar, including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), BPL cricket season, and ICC tournaments. Terms specific to these promotions will be published on the Promotions page for the duration of each campaign.

All games available on heybali — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are supplied by licensed third-party game studios and sports data providers. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface and/or on the game information panel accessible before play commences. Players are responsible for reading and understanding game rules before wagering real money.

Random Number Generation: All non-live casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently audited to ensure outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. heybali does not modify RNG parameters or have the ability to influence individual game outcomes.

Live Casino: Live casino tables operate in real time using physical cards, wheels, and dealers streamed from secure studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Outcomes are determined by physical events and are subject to the same integrity standards as certified RNG games.

Sports Betting: Cricket and other sports betting markets are governed by the rules of the relevant sport and the specific market terms displayed at the time of bet placement. In the event of match cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with heybali's sports betting rules, which are available in the sportsbook section. heybali's decision on the settlement of any disputed sports bet is final.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction — including software errors, disconnections, or server failures — heybali reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return staked amounts to player balances. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session are not valid and will not be paid out. heybali will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime or game malfunctions beyond the return of valid stakes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on heybali. Any player found to be engaging in any of the activities listed below will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversals against heybali after funds have been deposited and used for wagering.
• Money Laundering: Using heybali to transfer, conceal, or legitimise proceeds from illegal activities. heybali cooperates fully with all lawful requests from financial intelligence and law enforcement bodies.
• Identity Fraud: Registering an account using another person's identity, opening an account on behalf of a third party without their knowledge, or submitting falsified KYC documents.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other players at poker, live casino, or sports betting markets in a way designed to exploit other players or the house edge unfairly.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with heybali games, sports betting markets, or any other platform feature. All gameplay must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.
• Hacking & Exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to heybali's backend systems, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or reverse-engineering any part of the platform.
• Offensive Conduct: Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward heybali support staff or other players in any communication channel associated with the platform.

heybali reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any conduct constitutes a violation of these Terms. Decisions on account suspension or closure for prohibited conduct are final. Where heybali determines that a balance was accrued through prohibited conduct, that balance will be forfeited.

Voluntary Closure: You may request closure of your heybali account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. heybali will confirm account closure by email within 3 business days of receiving your request. Players who are self-excluding for responsible gaming reasons should use the self-exclusion tool in the account dashboard rather than requesting standard closure, as self-exclusion provides additional safeguards including blocking of re-registration attempts.

Suspension by heybali: heybali reserves the right to suspend any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• A verification request has not been responded to within the stated deadline.
• The account has been flagged by our fraud detection systems for unusual activity.
• A regulatory or law enforcement body has issued an instruction requiring account suspension.

Funds on Closure: Where an account is closed voluntarily and no compliance hold is in place, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the verified payment method on file within 5 business days. Balances on accounts closed for breach of Terms will be held pending investigation and may be forfeited where the investigation confirms a material breach.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate self-exclusion for periods ranging from 1 week to 1 year via the responsible gaming section of the account dashboard. During self-exclusion, the heybali Login page will deny access to the excluded account, all marketing communications will be suppressed, and re-registration under any name or payment method associated with the excluded player will be blocked.
